 B'nai Israel members make sandwiches for the Food Basket Tzedakah
Children can buy a Purim gift bag for everyone in their class. Each bag will have hamentaschen, a piece of fruit and a surprise. All donations will go to the Religious School Fund and Haiti relief. Click here for details. Payquiq - Online Payment Service Congregation B'nai Israel has implemented a new online Payment Service entitled, Payquiq, and it is now available for all temple members. This service is designed to provide you with a fast and safe way to review and pay your monthly statement online. You may pay all or part of your current balance, and can even allocate where payments are applied. Additionally, you can use Payquiq to make donations to specific temple funds. You may elect to make your donations by withdrawal directly from your checking account, or by charging your VISA or Mastercard. To register for Payquiq, click here to see the Payquiq Instructions. You may want to print these instructions for your use during the registration process. By making your online purchases from a link on the CBI website, a percentage of your purchase will be rebated back to the congregation. We currently have an online arrangement with Amazon.com, but welcome other suggestions. By going through the below link, each Amazon.com will contribute a percentage of everything spent back to B'nai Israel. Simply click on the link below and finalize your purchase. That’s all you need to do. EScrip for Safeway and many other merchants If you haven’t signed up for EScrip yet, Go to www.escrip.com. If you have a Safeway Club Card in hand, and the main credit cards you use for shopping, you can safely register them once you sign up. During the process, you will have the opportunity to identify a benefit group. Be sure to select Women (Sisterhood) of Congregation B’nai Israel and Group Number 141037313. Then every purchase you make at Safeway and hundreds of other merchants will generate a donation to the Women of B’nai Israel, and ultimately every dollar supports the congregation. Scrip Card for Raley's and Bel Air Do you shop at Bel Air or Raleys? Would you like to help raise money for our Congregation through the Women of B'nai Israel? It's very simple. All you have to do is get a SCRIP card and show it each time you shop. Contact Elaine Berghausen to arrange to get your card.
